3. According to the production plan, if the rolling width changes from narrow to wide, the work rolls will be changed in plan. For other abnormal situations, change the roll at any time according to the actual production.

4. When the rolling mill is parked for more than 4 hours for a long time, or to replace the support roll, or replace the intermediate roll (theoretically, the work roll is also included), the rolling mill must first heat the roll. Heating roller time "When the indoor temperature is 10, if the support roller and the intermediate roller are replaced at the same time, the heating roller time shall not be less than 60min; other conditions are not less than 45min. When the indoor temperature is 10, if the support roller and the intermediate roller are replaced at the same time , The hot roller time shall not be less than 30min; other conditions shall not be less than 20min.

6. After the hot roll is completed, when the first coil is completed, the rolling force should not exceed 1000T in principle. The front tension can be increased appropriately, and the rolling pressure can be increased by 1-2 passes, and the rolling pressure per pass is reduced to 70% of the normal. Below, the current specifications must be rolled at least one coil.

7. When the rolling mill is parked for a long time between 4-6 hours, only 6 rolling is required.
